- Mike Ferreira of Anime Herald posts a detailed rundown of new RightStuf label Lucky Penny’s first release in the coming of age story Ristorante Paradiso, a personal favorite of mine for being a well-written and adapted story that has the power to draw in non-anime viewers due to its focus on interpersonal relationships.
- Matt Blind of Rocket Bomber and Twitter infamy posts his latest Manga Bestsellers chart for the week ending December 2nd on Manga Bookshelf. Of note is the staying power of Sailor Moon, with the 8th volume occupying the top spot by a decent margin over perennial top seller Naruto in terms of online sales.
- Continuing with Manga Bookshelf, the site’s affiliate in Manga Report has also posted a detailed review of the recently released Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind boxset focusing solely on the packaging itself and declares it to be a worthy addition to any manga fan’s library.
